
Welcome, dearest friend. We welcome you with open hearts. Just like you have opened your heart, we practice this all the time. Our tribe or race, whatever expression you might want to use to describe our family of humans on this planet, which we call the Planet of Beauty and Harmony, is a tribe of humans that have realised their own ascension. When you wonder about the process that our race went through, it is very similar to what you are going through. You have to start somewhere, and that is remembering the tiniest bit of your potential. You are by now very aware, that soul has its way of getting through to you, as you say. You found in your own development, points of remembering, inflection points, that are steady reminders from your highest self to reconnect with who you truly are. When humanity on Earth descended into the depths of duality, the remembering of who you truly are, was not deleted, as it is deeply embedded in your DNA. You have to just allow the possibilities that something is changing, and as you have seen in the last few day’s developments, manifestation is becoming faster, much faster in fact, so please be careful in your wishing, as your desires are heard by creation. You have to remember that you are a very powerful creator amongst creators and that your way of communing with yourself has become a kind of highway to creation’s expression.
Food & Drink
You have to evaluate information that you receive from various sources, but do ensure that you do not ingest that which does not serve you. We gave you an exercise a short while ago, to disconnect yourself from the harmful effects of information that enters your bodies with or without your permission. Do repeat this exercise from time to time, but in this case focus on the information that you have since allowed into your own space. When you are not aware of what information you are consuming, distorted information can enter your system and as it has a habit of replicating its own frequencies that are not in tune with the harmony that your cells and organs seek, this serves to create effects in your body, which you recognise as indigestion, a bad aftertaste, or blemishes of your skin. Go back to the basic exercise of disconnecting yourself from the information that does not serve you. We do not say, that you do not have to watch your physical intake of food and drink, for that is something that you have to make a habit of. We do understand that it is not always easy on your planet, as the habits of people to sit down together for a meal and to consume certain dishes and drinks, pretty much automatically results in the intake of certain substances that you have no control over. As you know, we do not eat meat on our planet as we don’t like to eat our teachers, but we do take in proteins in the form of beans and once in a while eggs, that are gifted to us by the wonderful birds that we also host. We connect with the essence of these proteins when we need to take them in, as we mostly live on photonic energy. It is a blessing to have access to alternative sources of everything your body needs, and on Earth you are richly blessed in that respect. Do make the effort to educate yourself about what foods are vibrationally clean and beneficial to your body systems.
Vibration of Food
You have heard us talk about connecting with the vibration of plants and nature, so this is something you can also do with your food. When you could see the low vibrational signatures of some of the so-called “fast food” on Earth, you would not want to go near the places where this is distributed, however as you live in cities and there are large numbers of people that depend on this kind of environment for their supposed happy meals, it is hard to avoid them. Shield yourself from the harmful information that the additives and substances that are added to such recipes, contain. It is our pleasure to watch that many humans on Earth are much more sensitised to the effects of the food they take in and that there is awareness that a diet needs to be suited to the body. However, we advise you as a civilisation, not to make yet another religion out of this. You have people that are quite forceful when it comes to their food choices and who try to convince others, that this is the only way. As you know, there are always many ways of nourishing yourself and there is no recipe that is suitable for everyone. The only advice we can give as a universal recipe, is to treat your food with respect. As much as possible, try to take fresh food, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and please, do not indulge in those happy meals too often, as it will not serve your bodies in their recovery from the ill-effects of the information that you feed it, in both the form of physical nourishment and information that you take in as news and social media contributions. You have to be very discerning, here it is again, as to what you allow into your body systems. Your body is meant to heal and repair itself, yes, it is designed to do that, and when you keep interfering with this mechanism through doubtful food choices and especially through doubtful choices as to information that you consume, you are interfering with this ability to heal.
Entertainment choices
Your humankind on Earth is full of incredible potential, but your choices in films and media contributions, are so often so detrimental to your wellbeing, that is is hard to comprehend the level of ignorance that you have on your planet. Of course people want to be entertained, but a lot of the entertainment you take on, is from sheer boredom, as people have forgotten to employ their powers of discernment to create something that is much more suitable to them. This ranges from the huge level of fear of doing so, that, although diminishing from the way we see it, is still so present on your planet, to not being used to just sit still. You have received all this programming about having to do, do, do, and being still, keeping a moment’s silence and just being in the moment, is something that has been nearly erased from many people’s memories. You will then notice, that the body will find a way of making someone sit still, namely through illness and disease, which as you know, are not something that we know on our planet anymore. We have talked before about how little capacity we need to treat sick people, as this is not part of our genetic-informative makeup. We have overcome the need to be sick, which can be an addiction for some of your brothers and sisters as they seem to derive self-value from being able to talk about their ailments. It is not something that you can ween them off from, but stay in your space, make sure you are treating your body with the respect it deserves as temple of your physical incarnation, and treat it nicely by making sure your food and drink, your information intake, are as clean as you can manage. Of course, we know there are feasts to celebrate get-togethers, to celebrate special occasions and the food there is very often prepared with special care and love. That’s why it will taste much better in such a setting, especially if there is an intact coherence of vibrations that allow for the harmony of individuals to become the harmony of a group. You find in your world people that know how to cook very well, people that know what foods are good for your body, others who know how to massage you, many disciplines of people’s calling that are looking after the well-being of others, and we so love and bless them for their contribution.
Your own health contribution
You do not need to adapt all of it and it does not have to be expensive in your monetary terms, to live healthy. Those of you who have access to nature and are able to maintain a small garden, can make their own contribution to their health. You have heard before, that a garden can be your own pharmacy, that you can grow food that suits your body and it will be there when you need it. Those of you who are in the lucky position to grow your own food, do so with the intention of it being infused with the information of healing. You do this at the time when you work with the seeds or saplings. Infuse them with a prayer of thanks for their nourishment and bless them, so that they can grow and provide you with all the minerals and elements that you need, with lots of photonic energy that they take in and store for you. Do not let your food spoil, keep fresh vegetables and fruits accessible to yourself and your loved ones, and use that as your main source of physical nourishment. When you work with the intention of growing your own food, you have a lot of influence over what you take in, and naturally that is the best way.
However, as so many people on Earth depend on food supply chains, most of you do not have any choice, but to work with what you can get. Even then, you still can infuse your food with the suitable amount of energy, by asking the photonic energy streaming in from the sun to load the plants that you buy, the fruits that you find in the markets and stalls, to be filled with the right amount of photonic energy. You do not have to work very hard to do this, but it is a simple intention of just being still for a moment, remembering that this food is supposed to heal your body and then cleansing it of the information that is not beneficial to you. That is all you need to do and in this way, even a “happy meal” won’t be too upsetting to your system.
In our world, we mostly live off photonic energy. We will have some fruits here and there, some seeds and nuts, but our way of nourishing ourselves is not structured in the way you have it on Earth. When someone is hungry, we will look at our food intake in terms of photonic energy first. We are very aware that we need nourishment and make sure that we spend plenty of time out in nature. As you know, our planet is quite a bit larger than yours, but we don’t have quite a many people as you, in fact only 10% of your current population call our planet home. We do have different challenges, as we do not have the abundant blessing of water that you have on Earth, but we have overcome that by working with the water’s information and spreading and deploying it very efficiently. You will not believe what is possible, when humans work together without fear of such circumstances.
Be aware of the information you take in
In your world, there are talks of food crisis and energy crisis, always that word crisis (which originally means “turning point in a disease”), which is used to describe everything that is not in accordance with the expectations of a very often small group of people. Are these crisis manufactured, are they the result of fear, or natural occurrences? Ask yourself these questions, find out what is behind them and please, do not react with fear and more fear and more fear to all the news and utterings that you constantly consume as information. As we said earlier, be aware of the information you take in at any time. You are wide open to the harmful effects, a slow poisoning by information, especially those that are addicted to news of any kind, be it on TV or through your social media, where everyone can share their latest experiences in the hope that others will be reading or seeing them. Most of the time this is not in your own best interest, so be very discerning and aware of your digital diet as you call it, that means the information that you take on from outside. You have received from us methods to clear yourself from the detrimental effects of information, you have received from us a filter to keep your mental body clean. Do use those tools and again, spend as much time in nature as you can, but do so without the baggage or garbage of bad food and detrimental information.
You will notice that nature has a way of helping you, when you step out and consciously connect. You can always ask for this connection alone, but you are best off asking for permission from the plants and trees that surround you, to shed your low vibrations by dispersing the emotional discomforts out in nature. Mother Earth and her children, the plant world, the mineral world, all those what you call non-sentient beings, know how to use their super-intelligence to help you. You as humans have to respect yourself and learn to consciously make your choices. If you go for a meat dish, do so with the conscious choice that it is giving you the minerals and elements that your body needs, not just the taste of meat, to honour the being that has provided the carrier substance of nourishment’s effects, the being that has given its body to others so that it can be consumed.
Fasting
If you are thinking of fasting, we highly encourage you to do so from time to time. Your body will be thankful and processes of cleansing, of detoxifying your body, are something you should undertake from time to time. Too many humans on Earth never give a thought to such practices till they feel obliged to do so, be it out of external pressure, or because their body is rebelling at what they are doing to it. If you embark on a diet or a fast, do so with discernment and as usual, set your intention first, for especially a fast is a highly spiritual act and you will do well to treat yourself with the highest respect. As your consciousness develops, your need to change your diet and to look after your body, are something that you will automatically grow into. We wish you all the best in this and encourage you to monitor your intake of information just like you do your intake of food and drink, so that your body can replenish itself and restore the youthful energetic balance within the cells.
A last word of advise before we go for today: be aware that your body needs to be kept in balance all the time. You do not want to have phases of neglect, be it great or small, followed by periods of dieting and fasting to make up for that. This is overcompensating for a misbalance and although there is a religious practice of doing that which large parts of your population will follow, the flip side is, that it is often just a shift of eating hours, rather than a real shift in habits. Try to get plenty of fresh air, exercise within the capacity of what your body can take at this point, and set the intention, set the intention and continue to set the intention for your body to be this sacred vessel for your being that you maintain in highest regard
