Exercise: Fill the Sphere of Consciousness

Connect with your divine self, the light within.

Connect with the light in your heart and begin intensifying it.

Connect with the heart of Mother Earth, as the heart of Gaia is an incredibly powerful source of light.

Connect with the heart of the sun and strengthen the light within you.

Now increase the vibration of your heart. Activate your own sun, the sun in your heart, and let that light shine intensely. With your consciousness and your intention, direct that light to any possible gap in the Sphere of your Consciousness and seal these gaps with pure golden light.

Completely fill the Sphere of your Consciousness with this pure golden light.

That is all you need to do. It does not take long.

As long as you fill your consciousness with pure golden light, as long as you stay connected with Source, there is nothing to fear. Nothing at all, because you are the divine in human form. All it takes is your intention.
