Your inner peace allows you to navigate turbulent times, without being affected by them. It is like a bubble that surrounds you, so that nothing can touch you.
Always be mindful and conscious and constantly try to stay in touch with your inner peace. Do not allow anything to separate you from it.
Daily Exercise
First set the intention and vibration for this exercise, by connecting to your heart. Breathe in and out through your heart.
Connect with the heart of Mother Earth and send an impulse of love and gratitude while you breathe slowly in and out.
Connect now with the heart of the sun and again, send an impulse of love and gratitude. As you breathe in and out, you are pulling the powerful energy of both Mother Earth and the sun into your heart.
Now connect very consciously with your inner peace.
Breathe in, breathe out.
Expand this energy so that it forms a torus around you and observe what happens, when you connect with your inner peace in the midst of the daily chaos.
Remember, everything in the universe is pure energy. Your energy follows your attention, so please focus your attention on solutions, rather than problems!
