“We want to begin by sharing the model of governance on the Planet of Beauty and Harmony. Our structure is a spiral structure. This means spiral leadership, spiral structure for society, spiral structure for basically anything that operates on the Planet of Beauty and Harmony.”
Spiral Model of Governance
“Within the spiral, each fractal that forms this spiral, is equally important. This is the basis for our governance. Some members of what would be called on your planet government, or the equivalent for us, are members in our society that have a particular talent and a particular gift to manage, to organise certain areas of life. These tasks will be delegated to each person according to their talent. Selecting and identifying the talents starts in childhood. This is how it is also meant to be on Planet Earth, just like it is meant to be on any other planet where human civilisations exist. Talent and gift. The gift of the divine that each member of society came to express, is respected and cherished, therefore the education system is different to what you have on Planet Earth. You have a system that belongs to the pyramidal structure. The pyramidal structure does not allow every member of the pyramid or the structure, to fully flourish. It is only selected for a few who are on the top. Let’s take the education system that prevails on Earth. If a society is to be a healthy society, a prosperous society, a thriving society where each member of the society is taken care of, a pyramidal structure will not work. You do have some systems like Rudolf Steiner and other schools of thought that are more free and focused on enhancing the talent and the gift in every child, but they are not widely spread. Remember how we have explained to you, how on Planet Earth you have been deceived and that the truth has been hidden behind lies. One of these truths hidden behind lies, is the principal of taking care of one another. That principle was called communism on Planet Earth and then a very distorted propaganda was set up to discourage that form of governance where everyone is taken care of. We are not talking about the model of China or North Korea, which is that of a dictatorship. That is not communism. We are talking about how distorted the visions are on Earth. Remember that this distorted vision comes from predatory beings from other planets and even other galaxies. They take advantage of others, therefore they will never install a spiral structure that takes care of one another. The ideal for them is something that will operate in a pyramidal form, because there will always be someone at the top taking advantage of all the ones that are at the bottom.”
Education System
“The education system is the basis for good governance and this has been known for aeons on Earth. The very reason why the education system does not allow the individual to thrive and to flourish is, because it is not desirable. As you move on to the 5th dimension, which is a higher form of reality, a pyramidal structure will not work anymore. Every single being that belongs to the structure, has to be taken care of. From an educational system that is fair, that is uplifting, that allows everyone to thrive, substructures are then created. You have education, then you have governance. Governance is also set up in a spiral structure and it is cyclical. We will not have a leader who will be in charge of organising activities for too long, because that role has to be also assigned to another person who also has good qualities and has then the opportunity to share his or her gift. Here on the Planet of Beauty and Harmony we give equal chances to everyone, women, men, adults, young people, even children and people who are coming to the close of their life cycle. We do not see hierarchy in an organisation the way it is seen on Planet Earth. For example, in some societies, depending on the country, more opportunities are given to males than females and also the opportunities are given because some people have connections with people who are in power. We don’t do that here. It is based on the gifts and the talents that are identified in every individual from an early age.”
Leadership
“When it comes to leadership, we have a very different understanding from what you have on Earth. In our world, we used to follow selected leaders and often this led to problems. As long as they were in tune with the needs of their community, the leaders would be fairly objective and their self-interest would be only part of the equation. However, once we allowed larger structures to develop, the ability to balance self-interest and community interests often were skewed in favour of the self. This led to a lot of unhappiness, but as long as nobody was ready to realise that everyone has something to contribute and leadership depends on situations, rather than formal structures, this was our fate.
Once we decided to step out of the victim role, where the individual believed that he or she had no power, the balance was restored. In our world, we have shifted from the roles of permanently selected or elected leaders, who often got addicted to the power, to situational leadership. That means, that everyone in our society is empowered and able to lead and will step up when required. There is the general understanding of this fact and therefore it is easy for us to accept this as our way of life. If you follow your inner guidance and are sure of your self and accept the guidance that comes from your inner wisdom, then it is not a question of authority that needs to be given or taken, but simply a fact that the right answers are available when required. It is a matter of trust in self and this is something you need to develop within you and within humanity. The current mistrust that is stirred by all kinds of political schemes and unnecessary laws born out of mistrust of the self, is obsolete as soon as you start to go deep within and know, what you decide and how you act, needs to be in balance with the rest of your community and creation itself. There are no difficult choices then, there are simply choices to be made and when you act in self-love, this is natural and easy.”
