To give you an idea of the flow of the meetings we have with our friends from the Planet of Beauty and Harmony, you will find below the transcript of a complete session. Only some personal messages have been removed from it. You can read highlights from this session here.
The Planet of Beauty and Harmony is home to about 800 million humans who are very similar to humans on Earth. The one difference is, that they have developed their individual and collective consciousness to a level, where they have managed to overcome the struggles that we face on Planet Earth today. Connecting through our consciousness, we have been gifted much valuable information by our intergalactic brothers and sisters, and the time has come to share what they are teaching us, with humanity on Earth.
Connecting
“Let’s start by breathing in and out with our heart.
Now send an impulse from your heart right into the centre of Mother Earth and feel her responding to your love and gratitude. Send an impulse to the central sun and feel how the impulse comes back.
Centre your heart and leave all behind that does not serve you anymore.
Let love flow from your heart. You have an unlimited supply of this love, so let it fill the space around you, forming a torus that you expand more and more. As we do that, love flows through this torus and back to us.
Let it flow beyond your immediate space, through your house, the town, the country you live in, across the planet, the solar system, our galaxy, the whole universe. The light of love flows back to us. The more we let flow, the more comes back.
Let this love touch everything in the universe, restructuring, righting, putting everything back into the norm of the Creator, the love, harmony, the eternal life.
We go deeper into our heart. The deeper we go, the more we find. There is absolute abundance. There is no beginning, there is no end. The beginning is the end and the end is the beginning.
I am that I am.

We are being cleansed by the light. We go through this process to get ready to meet with our friends, as we want to meet them in the highest vibration we can be in, to learn from them.

Hello friends, we are glad to meet you again.“
“We have been watching you. We are very pleased to have you back with us again. It is always a delight, so thank you for coming back. We know that you have some questions.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Elder Itaramā and I foresee things related to the heart. I am here, because you wanted to ask things related to love and relationships.”
“We humans are complicated when it comes to love. When we watch you, we see only pure love, no separation. How did you evolve? Can you tell us about the process you went through? We understand that you come from a similar state that we are in today.”
Similar Transformation Process
“Yes, indeed. We went through a process of transformation that took a while. We were pretty similar to you, our brothers and sisters who live on Planet Earth. Like you, our planet went through many trials and tribulations, many ups and downs, lots of change and transformation as well.
We have been able to reach the level of beingness that we have right now, because of the determination that we had collectively to elevate ourselves. It was a common goal that was set by all of us, and no one was left behind.
We were in unison, we were in agreement and we supported one another to move forward in this achievement of a higher vibration, a higher way of living, a higher level of relating to each other.
It came from the hearts of all of us. We wanted, we chose to live a life where we can express total unconditional love to one another. Between parents and children, relatives, people who we chose to be in relationship with and create our families with. Our friends, people who we collaborate with.
It was a unanimous decision to step up. That was achieved also, because of leadership that was inspired from the hearts of our leaders.
Everybody is a Leader
We want you to know that on this planet everybody is a leader, even though we have leaders. We have people with great skills and great abilities and capabilities. Each one of us is responsible and in full integrity, first for ourselves, then to others.”
“So what you are saying, is that it was a gradual process that basically started with some early people’s awakening? Is that similar to what we have right now?”
“Yes, it is what you are experiencing right now. There are people awakening, like for example, both of you that are here with us right now. You have a special gift and you have a special task, which is to inspire others to come along with you.
Remember, we suggested to utilize the power of 12. That is the fastest way to get this done. The power of 12 people, where each one of the 12 people gets another 12 people, and so on and so forth. That is the fastest way you can have a movement impacting other people.
The most important thing is for you to be a great example of what it is, that you are teaching. It is not about pretending, not about wearing a mask, a costume so that people can see something in you. It is not that. People have to feel it from you. You have to be the full embodiment of that, which you are creating, of that that you want to inspire. That is true leadership and it comes from the heart, not the mind. Remember, the mind obeys the heart.”
“What is the best way for us to let go of all this baggage from the past? I know, in the past we used to be like you, but then we got lost in creation and forgot about it. What is the most effective way to let go of the past and to tame the ego? The ego is asking for things and wants recognition, kind of a role play. I do understand it is actually a hindrance and an illusion that we want to remove.”
You can catapult yourselves forward
“Remember, through the process of evolution you have moved back and forward on Planet Earth. You are at a stage where you can really catapult yourselves forward in a way that you have not done before. That is why beings like us, your galactic brothers and sisters, are making contact with you so that we can guide you and support you in this process because this is for the benefit of the whole universes, not just Mother Earth. It is for everyone, it is for all, that is why we are here present with you.”
“You have to look at your history and you have to truly understand it.
The thing that got people lost on your planet, is fear. Fear was inflicted and fear was something that became the norm and then people got lost. And still, there are huge remnants of fear and people living deeply in fear. At this time you have the ego, which is a tool that you can use to refine yourselves. That is what we did too. You have to be observant, you have to become aware.
This tool is a very, very, very tricky tool. It is a tool that is sometimes very slippery and it folds up and hides away and you don’t see it, but it is there. It is a very clever tool and it was designed to hide from you, so that you don’t see it. It is to test you, to see how sharp you are, how determined you are, how strong, how committed you are. That is what it is for.”
“You have to observe yourself. You have to develop your ability to watch yourselves.
You do have practices like meditation and great practices that really get you to observe. Your world has become so busy and so fast paced, that everything has to happen fast. That is the product of the ego. Ego does not want you to slow down so you can observe, therefore you have to create that space for observation.
Observation
There is a brilliant process based on observation, which can truly get people to really understand what they do when they are not aware. You can always watch that scene like a movie and it is the right set of words that really gets information out of your own mind, so you get to understand why and how you are functioning in a certain way.
You have to remember that the ego is not going anywhere, it is always with you. As long as you have a physical body, it has to be there with you.
There are some people that say, kill the ego, but you cannot kill the ego. That is an illusion and it is an ego-created idea to confuse people. You have to be more resourceful and cleverer.”
“Would you say the best way to control the ego, is to observe? The ego will not go away and will always be there.”
“Yes, observation. It is very simple, so very simple. The thing is, on Planet Earth humans really love to complicate things.”
“Yes, we are good at that.”
“It is not needed.
What is needed, is simplicity. Beauty and harmony exist in simplicity. Everything is simple. Go back to simplicity.
Relationships
Having said that, I will touch on the question that was formulated about relationships. On your planet it is so complicated. So many entanglements, so many misunderstandings, so much jealousy and envy and ill will towards one another, and that is something that really brings your humanity down.
I want you to follow this, to have the awareness. Close your eyes.
I want you to picture yourself as a vessel and I want you to feel the energy of envy in your body. This is so that you can share this with your brothers and sisters who are sick with envy and jealousy. See and feel as if corrosive acid is being poured inside of you.”
“I can feel it in my solar plexus and it is terrible.”
“It burns. It burns and destroys, it deteriorates. That is how people get sick. One of the reasons.
Instead of celebrating somebody’s joy, somebody’s success, somebody’s new-found love, what you have been trained and you have trained yourself to do, is to be jealous and angry and upset if someone is happy.
You have to ask yourself, does that really serve you? Does that really make sense? How about celebrating?
What makes you so upset, so jealous, so envious if somebody is happy? Look inside yourselves. Truly take a deep look inside yourselves. And I am speaking to all of you on Planet Earth, not just those that are here with us, but all of you.
Look at the level of indifference that exists on your planet, the level of disinterest about really wanting to support each other to collaborate. If you do not collaborate, you do not move forward.”
Overcoming Ego
“You asked what process we went through, how we did it on our planet. On this planet we moved forward and were able to overcome our ego through collaboration. It was really, truly looking after each other’s backs, being humble, being vulnerable. Humble, so that we ask for support when we feel that we require it. Humble in receiving information and in receiving feedback. If someone lets us know that we were off-track, we will stop and we will just pause and watch. We will rewind the tape and we will watch it again, with very sharp and observant eyes, heart and mind, so that we can recognise what we are doing.
How can you change something, if you don’t even know, what you are doing?
How can you make any improvement, if you don’t know what you ought to improve?
All of this can only take place with the level of self-love that you have for yourself.”
“Everything begins with your self-love, with the sense of worthiness that you have, how much you respect yourself, how much you are able to elevate yourselves. As you well know, nobody can do the work for you. No one can take the steps for you.
Refine your Language
You are the ones who choose. It is so important for you to really refine your language.
Make use of your language to give you the result that you are seeking. Don’t get yourselves diverted with words that you do not intend to create.”
“One can become ego-less and it is a process. You are on that process and that is why your ego will just battle with you. Ego goes through a stage of transmutation. It does not get killed. It transforms from being ego to being pure spirit. It is the nature of ego to resist that transformation.”
“We here on this planet have been able to transform our egos. That is one of the reasons for our hearts being suns, literally suns, the point of energy, tremendous amounts of energy. That energy becomes available when we are egoless, when we have transformed that part of ourselves.”
Love your Ego
“One practice that we suggest to you, is to love your ego, to nurture your ego with love and for that you have to be able to truly harness your own self-love. Pour that love onto your ego and talk to your ego as a child. Tell your ego, that you love it, that you are the boss, you are in charge.
Your ego can talk to you and can give you hints of things and can give you some information. You have to have the ability to discern and the ability to listen. How can you listen to your own ego, if you don’t listen to your own self? You have to be still, that is why daily practices of meditation are so important.
Nurture your ego with pure eternal love. It is useful to give your ego an image so that you can identify it. It is formless, just an energy that is around you, but it has the ability to communicate with you through your thoughts. You ego has access to all the information that is in your subconscious mind.
Ego has the ability to access the information that is stored in your subconscious mind and then give you ideas based on that data, which in most of all of you, is distorted data.
It is your duty to take care of that database. When you have a computer that has corrupted data, you have to erase those erroneous programs and clean that hard disk, then you can install something new. It is as simple as that.”
“You identify ego, you give it a form, a shape, so that you can identify it, then you talk to it and you illuminate it. Illuminate it and love it and love it and love it.
Ego is a protective mechanism that you have. It is needed, required to be there, when you don’t have the ability to truly communicate with your intuition.
Intuition
You have your intuition and you have your ego. These are two very distinct entities, if you want to call them that way, within yourself. You have the choice to who you listen to. The more you listen to your intuition, the less important the function of your ego becomes. You transform that ego with love, you nurture it with love.
Allow your intuition to be way stronger, way bigger, than your ego.
You can see when you talk to people, who is ruled by their ego or who is ruled by their intuition. You can see it in the way they talk, the way they look, their actions. Do you have other questions?”
“Well, one of the problems of course is to trust intuition. How can we learn that?”
“Well, it is a practice, it is absolutely a practice.”
“I have another question. I am going to see a friend, who is doing fantastic work in helping lots of people, but he is not taking care of his body. I want to help him to transform that into pure light. Do you have any message for me on that?”
Self-Love
“He just has to love himself. He does not know how to love himself. The best thing you can do for him, is to be the pure demonstration what self-love is. Show him what is possible, lead by example. Remember that you cannot make a horse drink water if the horse does not want to drink water.
Self-love, self-appreciation, self-worth. Those three words are for him.”
“Unfortunately it seems to be part of our programming that we cannot love ourselves.”
“It is not that you cannot love yourself, but that you do not know how to. That is a better way of saying it. It is never a matter of can or cannot, but it is a matter of whether you want to, or whether you don’t want to do it.
“So we just need to make a decision to say: I love myself?”
“Remember, it is very simple. Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity.

“We wait for you. We love you and we thank you for coming forward.”
“Thank you for your support and for guiding us, for sharing all of this with us so that we can pass it on.”
Wealth
“Something that we want you to know is, that we want you to be well. We want you to create wealth that supports you and supports others.
We like to guide you in the process of wealth how we have it here. It is a little bit different to what you have on Mother Earth. It is a little bit different, but it is the same concept.
Wealth for us is the ability to create, to put things in place with ease and grace. All resources are available to us. We don’t have currencies like you do. We do not have that, but we have the ability to create, to bring to us that, which is required. That for us is wealth. Think about this and meditate about it. Remember, it is the ability to bring to yourself that, that is required for you to fulfil your calling, your ideas, your projects, your purpose.
For us wealth is not a material thing, it is a capability.
We plant this seed on you, so we can continue talking about it.”
“I had been wondering about the economy earlier on, so you read my mind again. I was in a meeting a few days ago where my partner was creating the illusion of what is important and I was just sitting and watching, understanding how the systems work and the illusion is being created. I believe, if we learn how to manifest, we can have everything. There is no limit. What we have is this envy and greed that keeps people stuck in fear. This, I don’t have enough.”
“Yes, it is fear inflicted.”
“We create it ourselves. Everything is there. There is love in abundance and we don’t need to look further than for love. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.”
