Your attention is the bridge to your highest self. Focus your attention on your highest self, connect with your divine self, connect to the core of the heart of Gaia and connect to the core, the heart of the great central sun of the galaxy.
A golden tube of light surrounds you. Extend it so big, that even your largest body, your emotional body fits into it very comfortably.
Affirm:
I am that I am, I am that I am, I am that I am.
I call forth the powerful photonic rays from the great central sun of our galaxy to penetrate deeply into each and every body structure of mine.
As you do that, please visualise each and every body of yours being truly illuminated and permeated with solar plasma, photonic energy. As it gets permeated, visualise that it becomes pure solid gold.
Use this photonic energy to clear all the glands in your physical body, starting with the pituitary gland, turning them into pure golden plasma. As you do so, we ask you first to vibrate and set your intention that you vibrate at the higher level, which is attuned and in harmony with your own level of development, as it is right now. Don’t ask for more.
Affirm: I take in the right level of photonic energy according to my level of development, as it is right now.
Feel the vibration rising from deep within yourself, raising the vibration in each and every cell of your body. Even your breath gets permeated with photonic energy. You know that this breath travels around the body, heightening the vibration of every single cell of your body, heightening the vibration of every molecule of your atomic and molecular structure of all your bodies. As you do this, trust that very gently and very efficiently you are releasing energetic gunk of whatever form and you are releasing outdated or stagnant information. Visualise the nucleus of just one single atom and visualise the electrons that travel around that nucleus, all enveloped by this photonic energy, golden plasma.
Now quicken the speed of the electrons. Even though you are focusing on just one atom, trust that is happening in all your atomic and molecular structures, returning harmony, beauty to every atom.
Please activate your inner power to clear any past lives or any ancestral pending issues that may still linger with you. Release them altogether with this high vibration and invite every member of your family, your ancestry and your descendants to do the same.
If you are aware of a family member or ancestor that you know is still hooked on the past or pain, invite that person or members to release themselves, for there is a better space to be in, recalling and remembering how each and every one has absolute free will and you have all the strength and power to turn things around, if you commit yourself to do so.
Paying attention to the beauty in your life will magnify beauty in your life, paying attention to pain in your life will simply magnify the pain in your life, so you have a powerful choice to make.
Now see your heart as a very solid golden crystal that inside is full of solar plasma.
Form now a Mudra like this:
Create a triangle with your heart and your two elbows, with your hands facing up in a prayer position in front of your heart centre.
Feel the energy, the vibration of that golden crystal that has been activated in your heart. You are an active sun now.
In sacred geometry, the triangle is one of the basic structures that you are creating here, which is within the great circle which is your crystal.
Anchor this sacred structure, connect it with the heart of Mother Earth now, connect it with the heart of the great central sun now, so that you are a channel, a conduit for this photonic energy, solar energy into the core of the Earth.
Fold your arms back into your torso, bring your hands to your sternum and press gently, feeling so blessed, so ever blessed.
