You know that we communicate mostly via consciousness, much more so than through spoken words and for us it works very well, as it means that we have a holistic conversation. That means, we see the whole range of frequencies and what is communication, is surrounded by the vibration of emotions, ideas and visions that the individual carries.
Using consciousness as channel
When we communicate through consciousness, we are training our consciousness to expand beyond the current experience, to widen our horizons. You have received guidance on how to connect deep into your heart, you know about the connection to Mother Earth and to the sun, and about the opening of the torus and we see that you are practicing it quite diligently.
Now, when we recently talked about connecting deep into the so-called dark matter, we have been touching upon a subject that is quite “out there” for you. You know that in your world on Planet Earth there are a lot of preconceived ideas about the universe, which are derived from a very limited set of interpretations and understanding of the laws of nature. Your scientists have been struggling to find the link that allows them to really connect with the whole, as the focus has been on very limited aspects of being, rather than the whole picture. That is why it is important to work on expanding your consciousness.
Ways to expand your consciousness
We have talked about how you can do that when you are out in nature, how plants and trees and animals have things to communicate and teach. You need to learn to listen and all that takes practice, but as usual, start with the intention to use your time outside to do exactly that. When the intention is set, you will find it easier to keep your focus centred on the task at hand.
You recently had a question on plastics and the pollution of your environment. As we have said before, the technology to rid the world of plastics has been developed by nature itself. There are certain enzymes that will do the job very nicely and your scientists are discovering what they are.
We do use articifical materials as well, although not to the extent that you have started doing in the last few decades since plastics were invented. You will find them in our machines and our household containers, but we have not so much need of the latter, as we have changed the way we nourish ourselves. As you know, we are largely nourishing our bodies with subtle matter, with extracts of nurturing elements and with photonic energy.
Precious sources of nourishment
That is quite different from what you and most people on Earth live today, but it is nonetheless a way of sustenance. When we get together to celebrate a happy occasion, and we love doing that, we do bring along our most precious sources of nourishment and we share with each other. When we say precious, then we don’t mean it in the sense of your materialistic view on Earth, where monetary value is the determining factor, but we mean the effort that we have put into creating these resources, the care and nurturing of a plant, the way it is harvested and how the nutrients are extracted in the most delicate and gentle manner. That is something we love doing. Just like many people on your planet like to cook, we like to create these extracts and every family will have a speciality that we love to share with each other.
Sharing information
We are a sharing society and everything is accessible to all, which means, information is not kept secret like on your planet, but since it can benefit everyone, it will be made accessible. That is where our way of communicating via consciousness comes in. Because we have learned and practice to communicate through consciousness, there are no hidden secrets. Sorry, but we are aware what is going on in your lives, we do know the what you are dealing with, as we can perceive what goes on through your vibration.
Freedom to communicate
That is not something that is detrimental to you, as we will not interfere. As you know, the laws of the universe include the law of non-interference in your freely taken decisions and we respect these laws. You have absolute freedom to communicate with us through this channel, as well as absolute freedom to shut your self off. There is no must or must not, it is simply a decision to access a resource that you have available, just like a pen that you pick up, or a certain kitchen aid that you use.
You have the freedom to communicate, you have the freedom to decide how to do it and you have the freedom to perceive the information. Do not believe for a second that you are not open for this. This is old thinking, programming that you loaded yourself with through your own words and thoughts. If you say, I am open to this communication, you are open. Nothing more, nothing less.
How we communicate, and we are talking here to all our brothers and sisters on Earth, is up to your individual preference. Everyone can do this, not just our beloved brother who is typing this on his computer as that is the most efficient method for him to share this information.

All you need is your free will, and your openness to perceive and receive information that might not be perceived by your usual senses.
