Stimulation through self-love
We continue on the topic of sexual energy. Now, when it comes to sexual stimulation, all you just have to do, is to put your hands on your genitals and just send energy.
First your activate your torus. You activate your self-love.
From your torus we advise you, to send that energy of self-love to the area of your genitals. You are capping. You create a cap with your hands and through your hands you feel that eternal love just flowing.
This is not masturbation. We want to make that clear. It is not masturbation.
The Practice
You just cap your genitals with your hand and from your hand chakra, you will see that energy passing onto the genitals.
This is another practice. This is the practice that you can do once you get the previous one on raising the Kundalini that we explained earlier. Once you get it, this is the next level. Don’t do that right away. Practice the previous one first.
Just cap your genitals. You have been working with the torus, so you have the torus activated. Simply send the energy from your heart through the torus to your hand. Absorb it through your genitals.
If you feel discomfort on your genitals, just know that this energy is clearing something up. Eventually it will be a pleasant sensation, a tingling, warmth. If there is any discomfort, know that there is clearing going on there and it is all good.
From your genitals, send this energy to the coil, ignite it. See it illuminating like the sun, because you use your photonic energy in this process. See it travelling upwards, illuminating your chakras, illuminating the glands that correlate that.
For you men, you illuminate the testes. Women illuminate their ovaries. They really have to become bright like the sun. You have to illuminate every single gland like the sun. Keep on sending it upwards to the suprarenal glands.
It passes through the solar plexus and keeps going up. It ignites your thymus gland, your heart.
Illuminates your throat, your thyroid gland and then illuminates your pituitary gland, your third eye and it reaches the pineal gland and the crown. So, we want you to see that sexual energy being like pure liquid. Think of it as golden plasma, an elixir and it feeds the pineal gland. See that pineal gland like a cup and the golden plasma fills it up.
The pineal gland becomes bigger, stronger.
Let that energy continue circulating, nurturing all your glands, your chakras, energy centers.
By doing that, notice how that actually nourishes also your physical body, your mental body, your emotional body, you etheric body and your causal body that are around you.
You will notice an increase of vitality, an increase of mental sharpness and awareness, you will notice yourself beautifying, becoming even more youthful. It will show in your skin, in your hair, in your complexion. Just visualise all your bodies beautiful, strong, pure, clean, and energised.
To complete, you can just retrieve your hand. Just bring your hand in front of you and just say this to yourself:
In the expansion and the awareness of my sacred sexual energy, I am a creator. I honour myself, I honour Creator in all and I honour all life. I use my sexual energy in full integrity and full responsibility, because I understand its power. Thank you for this gift.

Transmutation
When you have sexual energy transmuted, when you send it upwards and it reaches your pineal gland, nurturing every cell of your body, every gland, every part of you, that is the transmutation. You are using an energy that is in raw form, and as you are passing it through each gland, it is being transmuted and changes and transmutes. It does not change, it transmutes itself, because you are using it with consciousness.
Now you understand that when you engage in sexual activities that are mindless, you are literally wasting that energy and you are dishonouring yourself. You are dishonouring the Creator.
This information has to be passed to people, especially young people. It is very important for the sake of the wellness of all humanity on Planet Earth and Planet Earth herself. The right usage of sexual energy is deeply connected with the well-being of the planet where you live, like it is in any other planet.
