How can we transmute sexual energy, and how does it relate to self-love and ego?
All these three things are deeply interrelated and you need to understand that in order for you to transmute sexual energy, self-love has to be put in place first, so let’s begin with that.
Self-love is the foundation
Self-love is the foundation for everything and anything that you do. It is your cornerstone, so loving yourself is the most important task that you can fulfil while you in bodies and even when you don’t have bodies. Love yourself. It transcends everything that you can imagine. Self-love is where you live in harmony not just with yourself, but with others. It is the heaven that many people talk about. Self-love is your own heaven.
To reawaken your self-love, just focus on your heart. In your heart you have that eternal love, that spark. Whenever you think of that, it ignites. Then open your torus to let your self-love flow freely.
Now let’s talk about sexual alchemy. The sexual energy resides in the root chakra. That is why the genitals are placed in that area, otherwise you would have genitals somewhere else, but you don’t. The genitals serve as organs to activate the sexual energy. There has to be a certain amount of physical stimulation, say for instance for men. Men have to be able to have the sexual organs erected and women have to be able to have their sexual organs also activated.
This is like igniting an engine, for example in a car where a spark is used to start burning the gas. We really wish that you would not use this kind of technology, but we are giving this example because that is the closest we can think of for you.
First spark
The first spark to start the engine, the physical stimulation, is the spark that is needed in order to activate that energy. Many people in your world get lost in that. They get lost in the spark and they get distracted and they never get to raise that energy where it needs to go.
That creates distortions, that creates confusion, that creates wrong ideas about sex in your world and that is one of the reasons of why you see, what you see. You see unnatural ways of having sex. The unnatural way of having sex is something, that will divert the sexual energy in opposite directions. That has been taught in your world for many thousands of years by masters, but unfortunately those teachings have got lost.
Ego and sexuality
You asked about the purpose of ego in relation to sexuality.
As you know, your ego is something that will put basically obstacles on your path. So your ego very cleverly will get hold of your sexuality, because it is one of the greatest and most powerful creative forces that there is. Creator uses sexual energy to create and you all know this, so we will not expand on this. Your ego will get hold of this and will do whatever possible, to stop you from harnessing that energy. It might even give ideas on unnatural ways of doing this practice, so you have to be very watchful. You have to be self-observant. Self-observations is key.
Raising the energy
You asked about what would be one of the practices before going to sleep so that during your dream state you don’t get lost and do the things that you would not do on the physical plane.
The more you become aware of your sexual power, that sexual energy, you have to be watchful, because your ego will just jump onto that. The more you practice being observant and you don’t engage with the ego game, you will be okay. It is a case of becoming masterful at this practice. Let’s do this right now.
You have your energy centres, you call them chakras. You have the root chakra and at the bottom of the tailbone, that is the physical aspect of that area. You have to think about this energy as the Kundalini energy. It coils around that part like a snake. Through the physical stimulation you start awakening that snake and instead of that snake going downward, you have to bring it upwards. That passes through your spinal cord.
You can visualise that energy, that spark and we want you to visualise that now. Feel that energy uncoiling from the root. See light at the bottom of your spine and then see it moving upwards through your spinal cord. It goes through your spinal cord. The spinal cord is not just the physical element, it has etheric qualities to it. That energy passes through it, it feeds your etheric body, it feeds everything. As you are raising that energy, see the light going upwards through that spinal cord, through that etheric column and don’t do it too fast. Slow down, slow down.
From your root it moves to your navel. See how it illuminates. From your navel to your solar plexus area. Remember this energy is flowing through your spinal cord. From the solar plexus to the heart. From your heart to your throat. Enjoy the sparkling light and sensation.
As you are doing this, you are clearing up any dense energy that was around it. Send it to the throat chakra, to your third eye and finally it will reach your crown.
Gates to the world
What you have done now, is to pass that energy to your glands. The glands that relate to each energy centre, each centre. See that energy feeding in particular your pineal gland and see that pineal gland enlarging, because the pineal gland for most humans has shrunk.
It is not what it used to be or meant to be. Your task by harnessing your sexual energy is the development of these glands, because these glands are gates to worlds. We want you to understand that particularly your pineal gland, your pituitary gland are gates to the universe.
Now that you have that energy flowing all the way to the pineal gland, we want you to also see through the spinal cord how this energy has moved onto your brain, your physical brain.
When you are feeding your physical brain with this energy you are literally feeding your neurones. You are rejuvenating the neurones and you do need your neurones to be in their most pristine state in order to develop your highest mental, physical, psychic capabilities. When the neurones are damaged or are dying too quickly, it becomes difficult to do this.
You have all these capabilities of dematerialising your body, transporting your physical body from one place to another. You have your clairvoyance, your clairaudience, your clairsentience, all these capabilities. Nurture them with this powerful sexual energy.
Now you get, why your ego will oppose to having you tapping onto this energy. Remember it is not right or wrong, good or bad, it is a game. You are playing a game and when you are aware what game you are playing and you know the rules of the game, you can win in the game.
Ignorance literally dooms you to lose the game. It is your constant awareness and your choice to win in the game, that will keep you in the game. Practice this.
