Let’s do the DNA activation. It is very important that you do this and we encourage you, to practice this on a daily basis and to involve the sun for DNA activation.
Easiest way, hardest way
You can do it the easiest way, or you can do it the hardest way. The hardest way, is, when you are only focusing on your DNA strands and you are not tapping onto energy.
It is simpler and more effective to activate your DNA strand, when you connect your DNA strands with the sun’s DNA strands. Remember, you are a replica of divinity and your DNA is a replica. All the codes are replicated in the sun. The codes in the DNA strands are all codified in the sun. Why do you think, are the suns are placed in the middle of a universe? In the middle of a galaxy there is also a sun, in the middle of a constellation there is also a sun, because the sun is in charge of emanating information and life force. You have to tap on the sun. We are all solar beings, we depend on that energy, because without it, there would not be life.
Preparing for the exercise
For your DNA strands activation, you can use the sun’s photonic energy. We highly encourage you to go out during the day, best in the morning, rather than the afternoon. There is a different quality in the photons that come from the morning and from the afternoon sun. When you want to capture higher vibrations, really the highest, early morning is best. We can say safely, between 9 and 10 am will be the top time, but anytime from sunrise up to latest 10 am is good. You best finish this practice before 10 am. If you cannot go outside into nature for some reason, for example you are in an apartment or room, just go to the window where you can see the sun or the light and receive the photonic energy, because it is everywhere. You do not have to face and look into it per se, as it is everywhere.
Sit comfortably, begin breathing very deeply, exhaling. Make sure that your feet are separated and well grounded and connect with your divinity. You can use the affirmation that you use on Earth, I am that I am, I am that I am, I am that I am, that we also use, through your tube of light. It is very important that you activate your tube of light connected to the Earth, connected to the Central sun, being in that flow of energy.
Regulate the flow of your chakras
Send light energy with the intention to regulate the flow of the energy centres of your chakras, beginning with the root chakra all the way to the crown chakra. To regulate the flow, give the command: I regulate the flow of my chakra system, and you receive the flow through your 8th and 9th chakra, harmonising all the rest.
Rain of photonic energy
Take a holographic image of your DNA strand, as if you are taking your strand right in front of you and with your mind’s eye, see and visualise your DNA strand. Visualise your DNA strand fill up with photonic energy. Bring in a rain of photonic energy from the central sun or Helios into your DNA strands, all of them restoring. If there is any repair that needs to be done, let it happen now, strengthening, activating your 12 strands first.
Activate the 13th strand
Feel and visualise the flow of energy on all strands, healing and making corrections where they need to be done, upgrading all those 12 strands. Now call upon the Christ consciousness, the Christ energy to activate the 13th strand. See it as a very clear and luminescent energy, light, almost as if it is a silvery-white crystal light, igniting the 13th strand which wraps around all the other strands that are golden.
Letting go
Simply from your will state, what you are letting go of right now. Perhaps qualities that do not serve you anymore, or tendencies that don’t support you. Let them go as you are igniting all these 13 strands of your DNA.
Now bring that upgraded and energised DNA with all its strength, all the 13 strands energised and upgraded, to you, and see it replicated all over your physical body and the connection with your etheric body. Visualise how the cells in your entire body that make up your organs, bones, muscles, glands, all fluids, tissue, skin, hair, everything, take on the vibration and the luminescence of the photonic energy and the crystalline or Christ energy.
It is this simple and we highly encourage you to practice this every day. It just takes a couple of minutes of conscious connection and you can tell the difference that it makes. You don’t need to do fancy stuff. This is a simple technology that you can do right away.
